Moving through Easy Movers was absolutely one of the best experiences I have had working with a business. They were very professional and customer focused from beginning to end. The cost of the move was competitive with other moving companies. From the sales call, to the estimate, to the estimate review, to the scheduling, to the move and right through to the follow-up; all were outstanding. I had three small follow-up items (repairs) from the move that were addressed after the move in a professional and speedy manner. The attention that I received from the leadership team and the follow-up from the leadership is well above all other businesses, big and small. Easy Movers business and customer support processes are the best and should be a model for other businesses to follow.
