I've seen her on TV advertising dish and was very impressed. She gave the viewers good detailed information. I called her and she explain everything to me to the point at which I can understand. She was a delight doing my business with. The amount of my bill she gave me was right on target. What can I say about the installer. 5 stars for him. He was well mannered and explained everything in detail for someone who has never had satellite. I'm very pleased with this husband and wife team. I've refer all my family and friends to Universal Satellite and would suggest you do the same.

I ordered Direct TV through this company. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!! It was horrible. I asked for the discount because my daughter had direct TV and referred me. They told me I they would but didn't and insinuated that I could not get the discount because she did not get Direct TV through them. She used someone else. Then the guy took all day long to install it. From 9am till about 4pm. And I already had Dish so the wires were there. But he insisted on redoing all of them. It took only about 11/2 hours to install the Dish and they had to install all new wiring none existed. Then he said come see I had an accident. He had busted a baseball size hole through the wall by the ceiling in my bathroom. He said he could get a friend to patch it but I can't take off another whole day of work and I don't trust him in my house. He also couldn't get my TV to work correctly , but I managed to fix it after he left. It was a bad experience. If you want Direct TV DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
