TERRIBLE !! NEVER will I go back. My hands are cut from filing I asked for stop bleed they put acetone!!!! My nail beds are swollen and being treated for infection 5 out of 10 fingers are cut where he filed my fingers!! Eye brow wax! Hell no!!! Wax was extremely too hot, lady was calling people while doing them and missed half my eye brow and acted like it was a problem to fix it when I went to check them. Then was like oh yeah I see. Yeah I know you see. They treat you like herding cattle. Pile as many people in and get them done as quick as possible. Worse experience EVER!!

I have been using Hawaiian nails for 15 years... never have I had a bad experience ...once they get to know you they will treat you like family... thank you for many years of service and many more to come..... a very loyal customer!

First time i ever had a pedicure in 45 minutes and it make me happy. Ty for a job well done.

I have been twice cause everyone is entitled to an "off" day. The first time was back in July. I went in with overlay and the tech started removing this with a nail tip tearing and ripping at my natural nails, causing bleeding. Her response, "OOPS" The I wanted the colored acrylic and she was handed the bottle that matched my toes, She grabbed the wrong one and again was "OOPS".. Her name was Lee and spent most of her time barking orders, so assuming she is management of some sort. Okay so the bad day theory played out today. Went in again and this time I did not get Lee but the young lady who did do mine left them ragged and she filed so much she filed off the acrylic leaving my natural nails exposed . My friend who was with needed removal and a full set with polish. Unfortunately she ended up with Lee, who cut the nails horribly uneven, and then argued that no one will notice that. There was a distinct difference, in length. So my friend had her remove these and this essentially destroyed her own nails. When Lee was confronted with having to redo the nails she continued to argue that no one would notice them badly shaped nails. So what are we paying for? Pretty near perfect nails I would say. Now if you want a pedicure this is definitely the place to go...FANTASTIC! Avoid Lee like the plague and go elsewhere for a manicure. We will not be returning as it is a distance to go and not just for a pedicure.
