This school is awesome! I would recommend it highly. I love the staff and they are great with the kids.I had put my grandson in a public school VPK and I had so many issues .But a friend told me about OP AND i AM SO GLAD I CHANGED HIM!!!!They are great with him. Itoo wish they did afterschool care. I can't thank them enough for taking good care of him...Bernice Mize

My child is graduating the vpk program in a week and as proud of him as I am I am also super sad that he will be starting kindergarten, because then we have to leave ocean park. I love this school and the staff!!! They helped me get help for my child's developmental delays and now not only is he where needs to be he is above! He started here at 2 and half and I have never had an issue. They always keep informed and the new vpk program rocked this year! He is totally ready for kindergarten (if not first grade)! I would recommend this school to anyone and everyone!! The only complaint I have is that they don't offer before and after school so he can stay with this family until high school! And that's what they are and have always made me feel like a great big family!!!!

This year I was torn with having to remove my child from this school to send him somewhere else for the sake of convience. I am happy to say, he will not be leaving. I feel fortunate to have found a place that cares not only for the development of my child but also for the growth and well-being of my child. As parents we don't always want to accept when our children have developmental delays, but our acceptance is key to getting them the help they need. The school is not perfect but they try very hard to improve any imperfections they are faced with and for that I am thankful.

Anytime I have had to pick all grands up at one time, the staff has been more than helpful. A couple of the grands have had behavioral & developmental issues and the staff at Ocean Park has been right on the money in helping each of them get the individual support that they need. Schools/Teachers can only do so much in the care of our children; but parents play the bigger part in the child's care. You will be amazed at how much can be accomplished when both the parent/gaurdian & teacher work together.

While I felt my child was safe and cared for here, she wasn't ready for kindergarten when she left. They went through three different teachers in the two month summer course. I would not choose this very unorganized school again for my younger children.

All they care about is money. Every holiday even the tiniest ones, they call off. They do not give you any money off the tuition even if they call off so much that your child only gets to attend school two days that week. They had signs stating VPK was offered then when it came time for that to start, they didnt have it. Money is really top priority for this school. While every school in the area is 75.00 per week for VPK, they charge 115.00 I wish I would of never enrolled my child here.
