Frank was the only one available to pick us up on a Sunday afternoon and drive the 45 mins to Bradenton. He was professional and friendly and made sure everything was taken care of for us. I'd highly recommend him to anyone! Top notch!
Today I witnessed a Frank's Tow driver stop in the middle of an intersection because an elderly man stalled his car as he was going through the turn light. This old man tried to get out and push his car and the two truck driver jumped out, helped him get his car out of the intersection, went back to get his tow truck out of the intersection and then pulled around to help the man further. Even though I am not technically reviewing their services, what I witnessed showed a very compassionate and helpful driver and that is certainly indicative of what their service must be like. If I am ever in need of towing you can believe they will be the ones I call.
Very fast, very friendly, and conscientious to boot. He was very careful with my car and made sure I locked up the house before we left.
I am a 68year old women suffering with cancer and when I had my car towed by AAA to Firestone to get repaired there was no problem but after it was done I call AAA to bring my car home but they would not. This made me so upset, I called Frank and he said he was not a AAA tower. I explained my problem and Frank said not to worry. About an hour later Frank and his lovely wife showed up at my house with my car. He said that there would be no charge. God Bless him and his family

I had a car that had been left on one of my rental properties. I called Frank's Towing & they told me what I needed to do in order to get it removed from my rental property. Frank's Towing came out & had the paper work I needed to sign & they removed the car legally. Thanks for a great job & all the information on removing the car legally.
When I call for a tow truck Franks towing responded in incredable time. I got the best service I could ever of hoped for.
