my mom received her flowers this week for her birthday. This was first time using Fox Run Florist. We were using another service but they failed to deliver satisfaction. Mom said she was brought to tears as they were so beautiful. The lady that brought them was so nice and she felt comfortable with her placing them on the table as they were to heavy to carry. We will be calling fox run from now on for all mom's flowers and baskets. Thank you for not just delivering but having a few nice words goes a long way to an elder.

I would NOT recommend this florist. I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered on 05/09/14. I purposely had the flowers delivered prior to mother's day because I know mother's day is a busy time, and I thought if I had the flowers ordered a few days before mother's day that she would receive beautiful flowers, instead of flowers from the bottom of the bucket, so to speak. When my mother received her flowers, the bouquet was NOT what I had ordered. While the roses in the bouquet were alive and pretty, the other flowers include in the bouquet were practically dead already. Furthermore, the whole reason I ordered this particular bouquet was because my mother's favorite color is blue, and the bouquet was supposed to include light blue delphinium. There were NO light blue delphinium's in the bouquet, instead they placed the dead purple flowers in the bouquet.

MY FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED AT 7:00 PM AT MY WORK, A CLIENT WAS DROPPING OFF A PAYMENT. THE CLIENT WAS SO CONCERNED HE LEFT A MESSAGE ON OUR WORK NUMBER. UNFORTUNATELY IT RAINED THAT EVENING, SO WHEN I GOT WORK, THE ROSES WERE RUINED. SO SAD. I CALLED NUMEROUS ( NUMEROUS) TIMES, THE OWNER KEPT HANGING UP ON ME. ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS JUST LISTEN TO THE ERROR, SO THIS ISSUE WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. THAT WAS MY CHRISTMAS PRESENT. I WILL CUT THEM DOWN PUT IN A SMALLER CUP.THEY WILL BE OKAY. JUST I HOPE NO MORE FLOWERS WILL BE SENT OR DELIVERED OR LEFT OUT. SAD. MY CHRISTMAS PRESENT, RUINED. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL YOUR STAFF AND FAMILY.

Don't recommend this place at all! We ordered a simple $25 arrangement for a sweet 15. We specified a single yellow rose to be the center of the bouquet. When we picked it up it did not even contain a yellow flower let alone a rose. The florist apologized and offered to remake it but the owner quickly said NO!, we got what we ordered. He refused to give our money back and instead said we could pick up an arrangement for the house on 11/1/12 by 5PM. I arrived at 445PM & the store was locked up and closed the sign on the door indicated they were open until 530pm. I'm guessing I can kiss my $25 good bye so if you are going to use them beware. We were also later told that the florist who was going to remake it for us had been let go!

I live in Virginia however my daughter is in Pinellas County. I Googled this Florist and found out it was close to where my daughter worked and where the delivery was being made.When I called I spoke to Irene, she was so kind and very helpful. After I placed the order she called me back and said she spoke to the owner and that they would be able to do what I was looking for.The flowers were beautiful and lasted well over a week. The company is great to work with. I ordered around 10am and they were delivered by 2pm. I highly recommend using this Florist because of the Class the Price and the efficiency in which they work. I have used Fox Run several times, they make arrangement selection easy and delivery painless as you can pick up in their store or they can delivery 1/2 way across the country. Their staff is always courteous and knowledgeable while their prices are always affordable. Highest marks for Fox Run Florists!

Great customer service! It was on the road calling around to different florists (2 minutes until closing time) and instead of telling me I was out of luck (like 4 other florists), he told me to come by and waited for me. The owner was very helpful and I saved money on a pre-made arrangement that looked great. Overall, highly recommended.
