Dr. Sykes is an OK dentist, but he needs to learn more about proper bedside manner and how to treat his customers. You don't lecture your customer when he questions the need for a certain procedure and then declines to have it done. Customers don't care about your "production" level, nor about how much a dentist's idle time is worth.
