CHALET GARDENS PROTECTS PET POISONERS! YOUR PET IS NOT SAFE AT CHALET GARDENS! Good reviews for this place are fake. In 4 years I’ve never heard a tenant say a good thing except that it’s pet friendly. Ha! They allow known pet poisoners to live amongst their not-psychotic paying tenants and their pets. On 8/16/16 my neighbor put a large amount of powder soap in my cats' water bowl, outside where any other animal could get to it as well. Chalet is fully aware and when I asked what they were going to do about it, I got a dead-eyed open-mouth stare by the manager, Tina, and told that they would do nothing. Maintenance is a joke, takes months to not even fix something properly and act like it’s your fault. Car’s been robbed 4x, trash all over, office employees are greedy, lazy, heartless, unintelligent, cowardly and inhuman. I am moving out asap but everyone has the right to know what “pet friendly” means to Chalet before subjecting their pet to danger. PET POISONER ALERT!
Tina the leasing agent is absolutely great. The apartments are clean and very affordable.The amenities are great too!! Chalet offers washer and dryer inside plus a dish washer for seven hundred and sixty dollars for a one bedroom with real living space in square footage better than all the rest I looked at in the area. I wish I could work there just to live there. Family took a job in New Jersey and had to find a place to rent to keep from commuting 82 miles daily. Job laid off after getting the production completed working 12 hour days. They hired and said it was plenty work just to get their manufacturing product completed by a deadline. Now no wonderful chalet gardens!! where oh where can I find a place like chalet gardens in Pennsylvania.?
hey Chalet Gardens you hiring?.Thanks Great Place blows the competition out the water in my opinion even Millbridge Garden apartments floor plan and amenities do not come close to Chalet. In other words do not waaste your time looking around take it from me. Chalet is the place to be.... gas heat, cooking and water included .Dag what a bargain.Thank the owners for caring about people and keeping a nice place affordable in THESE times.
