Does so-so work but don't expect it to always be by code or done properly. Had him back once only about a year later and he didn't even remember his own work in the house! Gets the job done, at least for small repairs or emergencies but don't use this guy for anything major. Lousy condescending attitude as well. Prices are as mediocre as his work. Overall try and find someone else if you can.
