Intake Session: 30 minute phone session (assess your career interests + coaching needs) Assessment of your career skills Assessment of your workplace culture needs Career Interest Test + 15 page report with your ideal career options Customized assistance on developing 1-3 recommendations of green career paths that match your career interests, skills, and workplace culture needs Recommendations for 1-3 professionals in your field to conduct informational interviews with to learn more about that career path / breaking into that field One 30-minute session on how to set up and conduct informational interviews and how to translate them into future job leads and insights for a particular company of interest Cost: $250 (all assessments done online) PACKAGE #2: JUMPSTART YOUR GREEN JOB SEARCH (2 - 3 Months) This package is perfect if you have a general idea of your desired green career path and if you are just starting your job search (or need a jumpstart to be more successful). Intake Session: 30 minute session (clarify your green career interests and outline a job search strategy via phone session) Recommendations for 1-3 professionals in your field to conduct informational interviews with to learn how to be a stronger candidate for positions in your field Detailed resume review with suggested edits to make you stand out in your field Complete LinkedIn profile makeover Help you develop a solid job search plan and tracking system Customized help on finding green job posting sites that match your interest area(s) Email coaching and support throughout the 2-3 months Detailed review and email feedback on 2 job applications (resumes + cover letters) to increase your chances of getting selected for an interview One 1-hour interview prep/ mock interview session to help you gain more confidence and success in a job interview Cost: $500 ================ INDIVIDUAL COACHING SERVICES In addition to the packages above, the services below are available on an individual basis and can also be added to any of the packages.
