They installed HVAC in my neww home.
First mistake was the boss marked on the basement wall that furnace should be installef on the opposite end of the house from the utilities, 52 feet away.
I stopped him and told him not to while the other contractors chuckled at him.
From that on, everythinh they installed was wrong. Unrepaired holes for moved duct, saddle valve (illegal by the way)leaked all over the noisy water heater they installed, isolating boots were useless as the metal parts of the adjoining ducts were rubbing when ever the furnace kicked on, noisy throughout the house, and many more screw-ups.
Avoid them completely.

The service was fast and efficient. I really appreciated that. However, the part they replaced was quadrupled (or more) the price I could have gotten at the parts store. But, I guess it was better than losing time at work to stay home, go get the part and then repair it myself. Well, next time I will probably start with a diagnostic reading and just pay for the price of the service call.

We've been satisfied customers for at least 15 years, and I've recommended BJ's to my friends, who have been pleased also. Their service is friendly and efficient, and always prompt in emergencies. The owner has always ensured that the job is done to our satisfaction.

I do NOT recommend using this contractor. Work was not completed as originally committed to in their written quotation. Installers forgot to hook up some key components in my house, and now I do not have heat in one of my rooms (leading to frozen pipes in winter). I met with the owner face-to-face on two separate occasions, and he promised that he would fix his mistake.... that was many months ago. I have called their office, sent e-mail and US mail, but no return messages from anyone. Stay away from this dishonest company.
