Very disappointing. I boarded and had them groom my two small dogs through the weekend. One of my dogs had a huge laceration on her leg after being groomed. The lady confessed to the accident but did not call to inform me this happened until I showed to pick them up! I ended up taking the dog to the vet for antibiotics and possibly sutures. I called to inform them and the lady was extremely apologetic! The husband was rude and very unprofessional about the entire incident. Will not return!

I have been taking my 2 poodles there for about 5 years and have never had an undesirable experience. They are always ready when they say they will be ready for pickup. They are willing to come in early to accommodate my work schedule. The dogs seem to love them. They call the dogs by name and the dogs are always so pretty and smell so good when I pick them up.
