First time buying a home and Catrina-Robinson Kerrison has been unprofessional, impossible for our side to communicate with, and attempted to scam out of every situation by not communicating all the way up until the deadline so she could say "we failed to do this by her deadline". She screamed at our realtor and Loan officer and tried to mark the property up $40,000 over the appraisal. She is a scam artist and her record of sales speaks volumes...
