Excellent service! My harddrive was nearing full memory capacity, so I needed a second harddrive installed for the extra memory as well as back-up. The same day I called, a computer technician arrived at my home and installed the harddrive quickly and with no problems. While he was there, he noticed my DVD drive was not opening properly and he went ahead and fixed that in a few minutes. The fees were modest and the service was great. Definitely call if you are in Pikesville or nearby and have a computer problem!
