I got a brow and chin wax. My appointment was at 12pm but i didnt get seen until closer to 1230 by Jennifer who did a decent job and the waiting really didn't bother me too much. The front desk overcharged me by twenty dollars. I noticed this mistake before signing the credit card receipt, but was told that the mistake could only be corrected by a manager with a password and that lack of training for the front desk and attention to detail is unacceptable. I was told I could either take cash for the amount of the overcharge or speak with the manager on the following day. Because of this mistake, I do not plan on returning to the salon and would encourage others to look elsewhere.

I would warn anybody to stay away from this salon. If you want to pay way too much for the worst haircut you can imagine, then by all means go here. I left in tears and had to tell myself, "hair grows." I looked like a 5-year-old chopped my hair. Another stylist at another location was shocked at how horrible my haircut was.



The service is poor. Clients are passed to multiple "assistants." If I want to pay top price for a stylist, I want my hair to look like it and to receive some personal attention. I had my hair literally matted and then ripped apart by one of these "assistants."



Warning -- go elsewhere.

Worst and most unprofessional experience. Made appointments for hair dos for a wedding. Arrived and they didn't have enough stylists and I had to blow dry my own hair. Worse, their attitude was oh well. Didn't care. Also made spots for makeup and there was no one to do makeup. Ruined the day for four if us. Hope they go out of business.
