Terrible customer service. They gave us the WRONG CODE for the alarm system. We rented "Bearly Mine" in October 2014. Got to visit with a local police officer at 3am when it went off again. Aunt Bugs blamed us for not disarming it. They gave us the WRONG CODE! Unfortunately the character limit for this review makes it impossible to list all the problems we experienced with Aunt Bugs. We will never rent from them again. We asked for a refund of the 1st night's stay through the BBB, because we got no sleep that night. They refused. They said they do not offer refunds for "malfunctions" such as with the alarm system above. The alarm system did NOT malfunction. It worked perfectly. They gave us the WRONG CODE!!!

I'd like to say our annual visits here are priceless. What an amazing place to get family together and have a peaceful vacation. Theres a whole list of things you can do outside the cabin, but our best memories are sitting by the fire place playing games. Thank you Aunt Bug's

Everything was perfect! What a wonderful place!

The place was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The manager took very good care of us. She talked with us and made us feel very comfortable. She does a very good job of keeping the place up.

Myself along with my husband and another couple stayed at this cabin and loved it! It provided a comfortable layout that allowed us to kick back for the weekend.

Loved the mattress, very clean. Would highly recommend!

This cabin is well worth your money. I would recommend it to anyone. If you are considering this cabin no need to look any further book now! You will love it!!
