The staff are rude and not on time. After a schedule appointment was made for 10:00 am, I was left waiting until 10:50 and than she still was not prepared and made mistakes which caused her to start over which shortened my hair more than 7" than I asked for.

They do a great job and all of the ladies are beautiful so that helps :P

This salon is by far the best I've been to in Pierre! I walked out of the salon satisfied with my hair because they did a great job and did what I asked them to.
