General Info

Dr. Briggs graduated magna cum laude from Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama, with a bachelor's degree in biology. He is a graduate of University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency at Greenville Health System. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, and the Christian Medical & Dental Association. Dr. Briggs takes a special interest in newborn care, preventive care, and hypertension. Dr. Briggs has participated in medical missions in the Dominican Republic, Peru, and Trinidad.
