I just purchased an order if mash potatoes and gravy and 1 snack cup. The mash potatoes and gravy was horrible! It had corn and lumps mixed in it. It seems like maybe they scraped the toppings off a potato bowl and served it. Not a good customer experience. I call the location and the manager was young and unresponsive. No feedback so I hung up in frustration. I will tell everyone I know not to patronize KFC.
