Place was nice when i moved in. but after 3 years everything was falling apart due to lack of maintenance. The office clerk also was never available. The worst part was that you had to mail your checks in. They would randomly get "lost" in the mail and you would be charged late fees. I found myself sending over night checks and having the home office sign off to prove that I paid on time. This cost me about 6 bucks a month but was well worth it.
