Walked in with thick, dark, gorgeous eyebrows that just needed to be shaped up. Left with thin, uneven, and misshapen eyebrows. Got in my car and cried knowing that it would take months for them to get anywhere near what they used to be and filing them is very noticeable since they are SO thin. She was a very nice lady, but think twice before you let her have free reign over waxing your eyebrows. You might be very surprised and less than satisfied when you look in the mirror.
