After my second time going to the Glass Doctor to buy replacement glass I will have to say they have poor service. The first time no one was there to cut the glass, so they were to call me when it was ready,but never did. I called them the next day and of corse it was done so I went to pick it up. Now second time I go in to have glass cut no one there to do it. They say will call when ready. A week went by still no call. When I called to see if my glass was ready they left me on hold for over ten minutes and no one came back on the phone. I had to hang up and call back. I asked how long my glass had been ready and she replied she couldn't say. Now all I can say is Horrible Horrible Service. American Glass now gets my service...
