Went for a cut today got Hope informed her I wanted to keep some length around my face showed her below jaw line. She did not show me the length it would be just started cutting. My hair is now above my jaw line just way to short. When I told her it was too short she said "that is what you asked for." And did not say another word to me. I have several areas that or not even + one side shorter than the other. After leaving I called back +spoke to store owner who was apologetic + thanked me for letting her know. Owner also stated there was someone coming in the next day to work with them on cuts. If they need someone to work with them WHY was she cutting hair today!

I went to the Fantastic Sams in Picayune, MS last week and the staff there is very friendly and fast. The one thing I dont like is having to sit in a salon all day. My stylist got me in and out in a timely matter. Everyone was very polite and professional and i got a great shampoo and cut. Thanks again and I will be back with my family!
