Pestproof customer service was professional -- timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. I needed exterior treatments for our yard since we have 2 dogs. I also needed interior treatment for the recent invasion of "stink bugs" that is attacking our area. The online rep was helpful and setup an appointment that was honored. The service tech was ontime and explained what the treatments were before applying. We are happy with the outcome and recommend Pestproof to our neighbors and they are vall very satisfied too.

the service man was rude. He would not honor the price quoted by the lady from the office when I originally called with questions. I wasted a morning waiting for the man to show up. He was 90 minutes late and I didn't even get a telephone call advising me of the delay.Poor service, Poor attitude. Bad customer relations
