I brought my son's three year old computer to Brad to see if it could be made faster. Instead, when it came home it no longer turned on. Previously my son had been doing youtube and the internet on it. Brad backpedaled, said "that's what computers do, one day they work, the next they don't" and flatly refused that he had anything to do with it. I do not believe it at all. He said he didn't remember the computer, that it was "on it's last legs". Only when he worked on it. I should never have brought this computer to him. Previously I had a slow computer. Now I have a dead computer.
