Prior to opening his practice, Dr. Koepsell received a medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Since then, he's practiced in the area and is one of the 26 doctors at the Phoenixville Hospital and one of 15 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center who specializes in ophthalmology.
