I am never going to Ethan Nails in Phoenixville again. Look what they did to my left big toe. You see that dark red line down the side of my left big toe? That happened when the attendant took her cuticle scissors and proceeded to cut a nice big gash right next to my toenail and then lied about it when I asked her if that was blood she kept wiping away! I knew something was very wrong when I felt pain. She shook her head no and refused to look at me. I had to say my toe is bleeding and that it hurt 3 times before somebody else came over to assist, at which time the female attendant who had butchered my feet ran away to work on another customer. There were other customers in the store and they were all looking at me but nobody said a thing. My fiance was there with me and he saw the damage that was done and he even said that it didn't look good at all. I have a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau. This store had better hope that my toe doesn't get infected as a result of her carelessness or so help me, they will be hearing from my attorney. This was absolutely unacceptable.

My mom and I went together spending $170 only to leave both really upset and mad. I'll just let the pictures speak clearly this wasn't worth our money !

They were nice enough, but when I got my nails refilled, it didn't even look like I had them filled! I know a lot of salons also do this so you need to go get them done sooner. I will be going back and demanding they fix it.
