I have been with this complex for two months and by far the worst I've lived yet. I guess this is what you get when you rent with no income, but now that has changed and I wish I could break my lease. Horrible service from staff all around. Had issues with water and AC/Heat unit. Two months to work on this issue and still they didn't do anything. They moved me into a unit that was beat down. Their Maint guys didn't even do a good turn on it. Carpet was fully stained. Refused to change it out and walls had patches for days in all rooms. Place has roaches and cats all over the complex and I had one lady from the office tell me "I don't have to care about your issues, I just have to do my job". GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. This place makes me want to move back to Mesa, and I was raised on the WS in the hood and this place scares me more. Whatever you do, don't look at their display unit, asked to see a vacant one. You'll see the difference I promise! That's how I got fooled. CPLC I hope your proud of your team at Willow Springs. SMH

This is great place to live for the price. Maintence is right their . No crime or nosy neighbors. We are moving back for a 2 bedroom 2 bath.What a great floor plan and lots of storage space, walk in closet ,storage closets.

If I could rate them no stars I would. This place is so run down and disgusting I can't believe I've lived here almost a whole year. Since we've lived here we've had to deal with new and unwanted experiences. We've had roaches, bed bugs and lots of pigeons. Not to mention the water bugs and cats that run rampant in the parking lot at night. They almost never clean the complex so it wreaks of old pigeon droppings. The gate always stays open and they claim to have security but I've never seen them. Prostitutes walk around at night looking for their next client and the cops are always in and out of here hauling people away. I advise you don't live here. It's been horrible for us and I believe it will be horrible for you too! They couldn't pay me enough money to renew my lease here!
