I stayed here for coming up on 2 years. In the last 5 months, I've had to call the police 3x. I've encountered the following issues. A domestic violence in the parking lot. The woman was drunk as piss & the guy was beating on her. A downstairs neighbor got mad when a piece of small trash landed on her balcony when my gf and her son and his friend came over for an evening. The trashy neighbor assaulted my gf as soon as she answered the door. I then stopped a car thief of a car next to mine. To top it off, I had a drunk resident attempt to enter my residence. He was so obliterated drunk that he couldn't be reasoned with. The pool hours were not enforced and at 11pm people were still at the pool partying.



The silver lining: The cops all arrived very fast. There was also a murder on the property within the last year. The apartment complex refused to let me out of the last month of my lease even with a perfect payment history because the complex IS safe and they don't see a problem.

Beware!!! DO NOT RENT HERE. Pictures look great online. Not the case in reality. Roaches. A resident was fatally shot by another resident a few months ago made the local news. Wooded up windows because of fires and breakins on the ground level. Running toilet when I moved in 4 years ago multiple work orders never fixed. Bathtub has a refinished paint job all over it which chips off. Again multiple work orders never fixed. Walkway up to door on second and third floors is rotting, made of wood, creaks when you walk on it like your foot is going to fall through, and is slanted at an angle (guessing the complex foundation settled over time and caused the front walkway to drop. The apartments were not refinished correctly. Lots of crime. Right on the corner of bell and 7th which is one of the most dangerous intersections in the country not to mention the area has lots of crime and homeless people all over the place.

They call and call to make sure you will be moving in but when you finally do. They don't care about your concerns. And they don't mention that they hv a contract with a cable company already so if you order different cable you still have to pay the cable that is included with rent which is $16. Then there is an $8 fee we HAVE to pay for the service THEY use to make up our bill! Customer service reps are very very rude and maintenance is horrible!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
