I'm here at the post office on 4415 N. Maryvale pkwy, and the lady was SO rude. I went up to her asking 1 simple question and she was just there chewing on her gum all exaggerate and rolling her eyes responding with an attitude. I get you hate your job or maybe your life isn't what you wish it was, but honestly people like her shouldn't work at places where she has to communicate with people face to face. Once she wen to the back to check to see if i had a package I asked the lady next to her what the girls name was and she said "Alonda". I have been a manager before and this kind of attitude didn't flow in my store. I sent girls home for being that rude to our customers. This was my worst experience ever, I hope this girl gets the life she deserves!

I have not gotten any mail in the past four business days. I have yet to see the postal carrier on my block...in my street. I've seen the mail truck two streets over but not on my street. I've called the phone number listed for this PO Office and it just rings busy.

not getting any of the flyers that I usually get in the mail to see what is on sale at the stores

was waiting for a baby shower invite never received...the sender got it back stating attempted not known return to sender...Christmas time waiting for a package for my special needs grandchild......never received it is probably delivered to Catalina same house number because I get their mail at least 3 time a week. also received a car title for a house 20 blocks away.... retire or pay better attention....

Lack of service, se very unprofessional non-caring. I have been there at least 4 times to address an issue it has not been resolved and I have not received any feedback. what soever no name or phone number for post master. I believe all the numbers listed in phone book are fake. No one answers or they ring busy, I have tried them all!!!

The carriers deliver mail to the wrong address, they remove your mail tell you the box you have using for the last 12 years is vacant because the name label is not on the bottom of box. It was placed on the side by the carrier.

this is not one of my best run post offices I have got 3 letters sent to the wrong address one a check 2 others was bills that needed to be paid they do not give out the ads that the stores pay them to deliever in a timely manner I shop weds. mornings and they deliver those ads I need about 430 that afternoon some one needs to start chopping heads because their supervisors allow them to deliver them late they get the ads on Mondays and should be sent on Monday and Tuesday lets go to a 5 day of work instead of a 6 day work week thx

I get my neighbor's mail, they get my mail. *Scheduled* pick-ups and re-deliveries don't happen. (They don't show up.) Talking to supervisors doesn't change a thing. On one occasion the desk clerk actually told my wife that there weren't any supervisors in the building for her to talk to. - Moved here 2.5 years ago. More problems with this Post Office in that time than in the entire 50 years of my life before moving here. - It is SO BAD there should be a Grand Jury investigation as to why these supervisors there still have jobs. .
