Tpac manufactures and erects precast and prestressed concrete elements. Its two main facilities are in Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz., with projects completed in multiple states. The company has been in business since 1956. Elements include concrete girders, beams, slabs and double tees. Tpac is a division of Kiewit Western, a Kiewit company. Kiewit is one of the largest construction and mining organizations in North America, with more than 30 district and area offices in the United States and Canada. Kiewit offices operate in local markets under the direction of experienced managers who, in turn, are backed by senior managers in the business.
