i made a mistake taking my watch here, he said he could fix it and cost $35..i left my watch, week later picked it up, took it home , stopped working..i looked closer to my watch, did not have the same parts in it...i ended up making 5 trips to this place, taking my watch back 3 times...the last time i picked it up, he took it out of the finish box, still not working..he looked at me and asked, what is the matter with your watch...i could not believe it...

I needed a battery replaced and was charged only $5 not the $35 I was charged at the mall store. The shop is under new management and the new owner is very friendly.

Watch Repair replaced my broken watch crystal at a significantly lower price than competitors and even threw in a watch battery. Watch was ready in less than one day.Only disadvantage of working with them is that the owner is not the friendliest person.

Go someplace else if you want QUALITY work done! My watch is ruined. Why did i ever go here? As soon as i walked in i knew it was a bad idea. The showroom is enough to tell you what you are getting into.
