Paul Repp is a fabulous Tech. agent. I work from home and it is important for my PC to be up and running. He replace some drivers and had my PC up and running within a day. I ran into problems with my work phone connection. He came back and corrected the problem immediately which was very much appreciated. He does have a work complete guarantee and he sticks to it. I will defiantly call him for future PC issues which will eventually arise again.

I have just had my third visit from The Right Technician and have been pleasantly surprised each time by his technical knowledge, promptness and reasonable rates. He also leaves directions on my computer to access for minor issues, but is always available by e-mail on his website or by phone if necessary. WHAT A FIND!!!

He has a service where he can repair or access your computer from his office over the phone. It's terrific. I've used that service twice now. I also purchased Software and extra RAM Memory for a ridiculously low price, which I had him install.

Paul Repp has been my go to guy for the past couple of years. He is awesome. He has worked on my old computer and now my new computer. Whenever I call him he is always on time and has resolved any of my issues and has given me great advice on not creating new ones for myself. My computer was unusable. It really took 15 minutes to boot up. I tried to never reboot because of this. I called The Right Technician and he came out to my home and painstakingly fixed the machine. He sat in my office for 2 hours removing a virus. He wouldnt leave until he was certain it was gone. I was grateful for this. He didnt charge extra. It was a flat rate Virus removal service. I would recomend him to anyone who works from home and dosnt want to take their machine to a shop.

My computer was running slow, until i called the right technician. A nice man came over and took a look at my computer, he did some work on it, explained to me how to maintain my computer so i could do it myself! He also gave me good advice helped me get more security! I was gonna buy a new monitor and then he showed me what he had on his website, the prices were awesome i bought one from his site instead.
