      Well, where to begin...be careful of whats being promised and dont expect a quick resonse from them when you make a complaint. Check out other avenues for tutoring for your child. In our case we had to get private tutoring to "fix" the problems we encountered and we only spent $8600.00 to really put our child behind. If you have a similar story leave a message on here and maybe we can chat about the next step to resolve the problems I have with this "franchise"!
