Sun Devil Auto I've been in contact with a store manager, District manager , and a market director. I absolutely will not bring my car back after this experience and just want a refund which is basically the price of the part they broke that needs fixed. Absolutely ridiculous I have to go through all of this. And for a market director to call me and say "I'm trying to justify my actions by not bringing the car back" like of course I'm not gonna bring my car back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car went in for a small oil leak that is still leaking after 2 visits. My car was driven into a lift and my roof punctured. After Alvin the store manager advising me they duct taped it and I could take it to a collison place to get an estimate. Sun Devil stated the car is still drivable and they would pay for the roof when i can get it in. Now as we all know if i drove that car after the damages were done they could easily say i did the damages or the problem could get worse. I got my insurance company involved right away and towed the car towed myself after the car had been sitting over night damaged with no mention to me till the following day. After getting the car back after not seeing it since this ordeal started my engine cover was cracked and my tire cargo handle broken off. After calling and awaiting Alvin's call back to fix the damages we never received a call back. We filed with the BBB and Attorney General and Sun Devil basically admits no wrong doing and because I won't bring my car back in a 3rd time to be looked at this is my issue. Now I'm not sure about everyone else but I'm not gonna bring my car back in a 3rd time to a shop that punctured my roof and made other damages as well as the same oil leak. Now because I asked for my $250.00 back Sun Devil is acting like that's absolutely crazy because they are offering to fix the oil leak. Which is not even the main issue anymore. My vehicle has other damages. I wouldn't take your vehicle here unless are okay with your car being worse than when you brought it in and made to feel as though you are in the wrong when you bring up concerns.

(this is regarding complaint on sub par shop on bethany home rd. and 7th street.) I would like this matter resolved by as many humans in the phoenix area as possible to be warned not to go to sun devil auto...since the terrible service at the bell rd. one to the horrific service at the bethany locale(w/ the exception of George's good service), this shop continually proves to have the lowest, most inferior, sub par, ignorant or untrained "service staff" in the north phx. and phx. area. be warned not to waste your money with their ridiculous level of customer service.
