Shamrock Farms Dairy, founded in 1922, is one of the largest family-owned and operated dairies in the Southwest. The company produces and distributes a full line of dairy products, including fresh milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, whipping cream and ice cream. It has added several innovated products, such as single-serve milk, squeezable sour cream, cottage cheese with fruit mix-ins and a full line of dairy sweetened with SPLENDA brand sweetener. The company supplies major grocery chains, schools, hospitals and restaurants throughout the United States. Shamrock Farms Dairy has head offices in Phoenix.
