      Sexton Pest Control has good service at a reasonable price of $33 per month. However, during the cooler months you don't actually need consistent service but it does depend on your situation with bugs. ######I have used Sexton Pest Control for bugs, ants and weed control and I am satisfied with their service.######Sexton as most major pest control companies charge a set up fee of I belive $79 to begin service but that includes your first spray plus they guarantee your satisfaction or they will come back out for free to respray.

It offers various solutions for general pests, weeds, rodents, and termite control and pretreatment, and a home seal pest management service. The company also offers an extended four-year subterranean termite warranty, and treats homes using Termidor technology that reduces and eradicates subterranean termites. Sexton Pest Control also offers Sentricon colony elimination system, a monitoring and baiting system that is used in conjunction with a liquid treatment, or as a stand-alone service. The company also offers pre-emergent herbicide applications to control future weed seed germination, and an immediate follow up with a postemergent herbicide to control existing weeds. It also offers various commercial services for office buildings, hotels, restaurants and homeowners associations, realtor and contractor services, including preconstruction termite applications, borate wood preservation, pest control insulation, and landscape maintenance.
