The staff of Santa Fe Springs have been very helpful in all my needs and have been doing a terrific job. Maintenance does a very good job and they get the job done.

I am impressed by the remodeling of the apts being renovated but its been well over a month that we were told we had a place to stay. Application was done and deposit was Paid and all we are doing is getting the run around with the Employes. They have Poor Customer Service and have failed to keep in contact with us az far as turn around time in which we will get A green light for our move in. So far the time we did talk to the Reps there response is that the City Of Phoenix is holding them back and are backing them up. I've walked in a few times and the thing about this is that they are still doing buisness and taking Peoples $ and are failing to give a specific move in date. I really don't know there backround as far as Service time but just found out why they were renovating these apts. They have really cause us to move around and actually spend more than what we planned to spend living in hotels and making it inconvienent for my kids to keep jumping schools. This kind of situation is really unprofessional especially if they are trying to turn around there reputation. I feel they owe us an apology and we should be rembursed for Uhaul Services and also for furniture that we purchased and are being charged for holding....Very Upset
