We give beauty professionals and small business owners the opportunity to own and operate their own mini salon or business suite without the hassle and expense of management and maintenance. You simply come to work, earn 100% of your profits and head home knowing your spacious, luxury suite awaits for another day. We have affordable lease rates, that help keeps overhead down while you make more money. Choose and sell your own products. Own your own business, be your own boss, set your own hours and prices. *Month to Month Lease there are no incentives. * 1 Year Lease - 1 week free with $250 build out incentive. ($500 savings on our average size suite + half off the first month) * 2 Year Lease - 1 week free first year and 2 weeks free second year with a $500 build out incentive. ($1,250 savings on our average size suite + half of the first month) * 3 Year Lease - 1 week free first year, 2 weeks free second year and 3 weeks free third year with a $750 build out incentive ($2,250 savings on our average size suite + half off the first month) Stylist Chair & Shampoo Bowl will be provided with a two year lease or they have the option to bring their own and use the incentive towards rent.
