This place is a real dump. If you value your car avoid this place like the plague. The one covered parking spot they will assign you will be so small and so narrow if you manage to actually pull your car into the spot, you will not be able to open your car doors. And the cars next to you will ding your car to death on both sides. And if that's not enough the cars that park behind you will damage your car bumper when they try and back out and scrape your car. My car was hit twice, and it cost me over a thousand dollars out of pocket for the repairs. The traffic out front is insane. During rush hour you will not be able to get in or out. A never ending line of traffic will come down the street and you will sit there forever until someone shows you some mercy and lets you out. The place is really old and run down, it is no way worth the rent they are asking. You can do much better elsewhere. There are no amenities, and like I said, you better have a good paint and body man on speed dial if you value your car. When you move out, they will charge you for everything and anything they choose. When I moved I requested a final walk through. They sent two maintenance men to inspect the apartment. I did no damage to the apartment, and I had cleaned everything. Oven, fridge, bathrooms, carpets, everything. They said the apartment was fine. A week later I get a bill in the mail from them for almost a thousand dollars! Yes a thousand dollars! They charged me to paint the place after living there for four years, this falls under normal wear and tear. But these people will try and soak you for every nickel and dime they can extract from you. And the day after I got the bill from them, I got a letter from a collections agency. They immediately send it to collections. So if you don't pay them what they want, they will hold your credit hostage until you do. After living there for four years, I would tell you or anyone, don't move in there. You will be sorry when your car is destroyed, and you will be miserable with the parking and general conditions of the place. Take my advice, pass this one by!

Your car will be dinged on both sides by people trying to open their car doors and hitting your car. Your bumpers will be ruined by cars backing into your car trying to get out. The place is really old and run down. It is no way worth the rent they are asking. You can rent a three bedroom house for the same money. And when you move out, plan on paying them big time. I cleaned the place up nice, asked for a final walk through. They sent to maintenance guys over to do the walk through. They said it was fine. A week later they send me a bill for almost a thousand dollars!!!!! They charged me to paint the place after living there for four years. They are crooks, stay away from this nightmare.
