      We hired Peter Westby for an Elder Law case involving a POA/Fiduciary issue in 2013. We also worked at great length with his Associate, Andrew Rahtz. They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, cost efficient and compassionate. Mr. Rahtz was willing to investigate all avenues to assist us in a difficult and contentious court case in the best interests of our Aunt and was always available by email or phone. Although it was a long pursuit of justice, we all prevailed and our Aunt is forever grateful for their help. We highly recommend Peter Westby and Andrew Rahtz.
