I was not impressed with Edward from Pioneer. He spoke too quickly, was impatient, and unwilling to work with me on the delivery of a product that was not even what I needed. I was almost willing to take their product until I went to another top soil provider who had the product I wanted, was helpful and worked with me on delivery. You would think that if you were selling a competitive product, you would want good customer service with potential customers.
