I had four different companies come out and I decided to go with Phoenix Bed Bug Expert. They did a great job and I haven't seen any bed bugs since treatment. I love that I have a 1 year warranty because bed bugs is something I never want to deal with again.

Heat treatment is the way to go, and we haven't seen any bed bugs since. No bites, no spotting, nothing. It's been a little over 2 weeks now.

When I made the call regarding bed bugs at my rental property this was all new to me so I had a lot of questions and Anthony was so patient, knowledgeable and professional. He went to the property that day inspected it and exterminated. He also educated the tenant about the ways to prevent further infestations.
