called in from Flagstaff told them what I needed they said they were going to make it for me and give me a call I didn't hear from them for about 2 weeks then I call them and they said we never got the orderand if I wanted it it was going to be an additional 5 daysI ordered the same part 6 months earlier and it was only $70 then they tell me this time it's going to be almost 200 so I went to Home Depot and bought the same exact thing off of their shelf that I needed for 60I understand making a buck but why do you have to screw people in the process just beware if you use themI wish they had a minus 5 on here

I started going to these guys 15 yrs. ago, and will not go anywhere else, they always have what I'm looking for. I'm just a do it-yourselfer, and the last project was replacing the condenser fan motor on my (old) ac unit. They took the time to explain the wiring to me, and I replaced it with no problems.
