A local favorite,and highly recommend Pet Smart because all the people are very helpful and friendly.We picked up our Shih Tzu puppy and headed straight to Pet Smart in Sunset Hills Mo. I have always dealt with a local vet,but I am so .... pleased with Pet Smart and Banfield Hospital.Also,they do wonderful grooming on all their dogs and puppies. This saved me from going to different places to sevice all of needs.When we walk in everyone knows Rascal.They treat him just as if he is theirs. At the grooming salon in the Wilmington, NC location, I made an appointment to take my dog in who is a little hyper so I gave him a sedative. Upon mentioning this to the clerk she informed me that they are unable to take animals on sedation. I understand but they failed to notify me of this in advance. So this ruined my plans for the day. I wasted my time and gas going to the location. I would never go back.

PetsSmart grooming in Vestal NY is difficult to get an appt once a groomer does your dog you are somehow always getting the same groomer so that means you wait for an appt,look around you will find groomers that can get you in a lot sooner ,not to mention it is not an inviting salon,snobby young girls.
