Established in 1981, Paradise Valley School of Karate provides martial arts programs. The center provides an array of programs, such as self defense/traditional and special programs. It offers self defense programs of various types, such as girls on guard, rape escape, teen awareness and abduction reduction. The school conducts kickboxing, games and swimming classes. The center also provides summer camps for children. Paradise Valley School of Karate teaches the techniques and tactics for self preservation as well as personal safety. It also offers guidance for distancing and escalation skills.
