Pals is a great and wonderful company the staff at pals are awesome,they care about animals and are genuine.the cremation at pals is the best service that you can get they care about you and our pet.

I lost my baby tonka a few nights ago and they were so helpful even in the middle of the night I just picked up my baby from them and I can not say enough good things about how they helped me I hope no one has to go through what I did but in an emergency there are definitely the people to call especially if you are any a good caring person to help you through a very bad situation

When it comes to something as sensitive as afterlife care for your pet, you want someone who genuinely cares. Through every step of the process, PALS shows genuine concern for the memory of pets, and the feeling of their owners. Also of note is the fact that they are transparent and will allow the general public a tour of the facility with no notice, id you wish to see how the process is carried out and want to make sure that your pet is being cared for, even after passing.

I have had my pets cremated with PALS for almost 3 years now. People seem to drop their pets in my lap when they can no longer care for them. I love them and care for them... and they become my family members. I never say no so this makes for quite the population at my house. Each and every time I have come in, I receive honest,caring,loving service from the moment I arrive in tears till the time I bring them home. The entire staff is very caring and compassionate during such a painful time. Their services are fair priced and the quality of service and urn is top notch. Will be coming back very soon I'm sure. Witness cremation at PALS has changed for the worse. Two years ago I was able to watch in-person the entire process and even able to talk to the man who ground up the cremains (I asked him not to grind the cremains too fine). Now in 2015 at PALS a witness cremation means you watch the entire process on a flat screen TV connected to two CCTV cameras. One camera is on the oven the second camera in the room where they grind the cremains which is the room (two years ago) where you used to be in to witness a cremation.

You don't buy a ticket to a live event to experience/watch it on TV. Similarly for a witness cremation I don't want to watch it on TV. During the witness cremation the oven camera went bad.
Staff tried to fix the oven camera but couldn't.

Brian at PALS compromised a little since we were repeat customers and allowed us to watch our pet to go into the oven in person (as in right there).

Unless PALS changes how they do witness cremations I suggest you go elsewhere. I hope this isn't a trend among AZ pet crematories to provide fake witness cremations.

My family have been using them for over 28 years. I can't say enough good things about them. They are animal lovers and they understand how difficult loss can be.

My husband and I have lost (3) pets a matter of 3 months, most of old age. I came across PALS through a dear friend of mine who raved about their services, so we decided that when the time came we would use their services. We did not have much time with our kitty Kix at the Vet, so we were quite a mess when we arrived at PALS, Katherine was there to greet us and what a wonderful compasionate lady she is, we were at peace there and was able to spend all the time we needed even after hours with our beloved. Thank you so much. We have just recently had to lay our Pumpkin kitty to rest too, but as our beloved ones pass, we know they will be treated with the utmost respect through the services of PALS. I am so grateful for Katherine answering her phone a few minutes before 5, as I could not find anyone else to help us. Our dog had just died and we did not know what to do. She went out of her way to stay at work so that we could bring our dog in for her to take care of disposing. She also was extremely caring, comforting, and understanding towards us. I am very thankful and highly recommend her services.

China’s death was very sudden; she was only 6 years old. I didn’t t have any time to say goodbye at the vet’s. PALS was absolutely wonderful. As I was doing the paperwork they set her up in the visitation room. They put her in a new pink blanket laid out under a spot light like she was a princess. I gasped when I entered the room - it was so perfect - and I was able to say a proper goodbye. Thank you PALS for helping me remember her in such a beautiful way. I have used you for many years and will continue to do so because of your understanding of the love between people and their animals.

PALS,Inc. was extremely supportive during a time of loss. Their professionalism along with their sincere condolences when our family lost not one but two loved ones since March of this year. When they heard how sad my daughter was with the loss of Luna, our pet gerbil they went up and beyond the call of duty. They took little Luna's paw prints and placed them on an ink pad and placed the memory within a sympathy card they mailed directly to my daughter. This meant the world to my daughter and I believed assisted with her grieving processes. If you encounter a loss of a pet I would highly recommend PALS. I want to thank everyone at PALS for all that they do.

If you’re reading this, chances are you love your pet as much as I loved my Dog. At age 9, Lago, our Great Pyrenees past away of Kidney failure and we were devastated. Fortunately, we had some time to prepare and through our Vets recommendation, we found PALS. We knew from the initial phone call that we had found the right people to deal with our pending loss. When the end came it was a Saturday and Daniel was there to answer our call and help us deal with our grief. He met us at the door with sincere compassion and a place to spend some final moments with Lago. Instead of leaving sad, we left with gratefulness that we had left Lago in the right hands and that a dignified cremation was to take place. I now have Lagos spirit as well as his physical dust with me forever. Lago has a sister Bacardi that is the same age, but still in great shape. Last year my cat, Splash passed away and I wanted to cremate him. I found PALS online and called them. I spoke with Jim and he was very kind. I brought Splash in and they were a very compssionate staff. Recently, my dog, Rowdy, became extremely ill. He was dieing and I was looking for someone to come to my home to euthanize him. I was having no luck, so I called PALS and spoke with Michelle. She gave me the name of a few mobile vets. The Dr. I chose was great and helped Rowdy pass peacefully. I don't know what I would have done if PALS had not helped me find a Dr. on such short notice. After Rowdy passed, I took him to PALS for cremation and again, I was treated with compassion and the staff shared their condolences. Karen and Michelle were sympathetic and caring. The young man who helped me bring Rowdy into the building was very gentle and respectful with him. I wish I had gotton his name. I have other pet children that when their time comes, I will bring them to PALS and no where else. I appreciate the staffs' professionalism, but most of all I appreciate their commitment to caring for the pets and the pet parents at a time of great sadness. Thank you PALS. I am grateful.

Our family vet referred us to you upon the death of our 18-year old cat. Your website was very informative and tastefully designed. My son and I brought our cat to your facility and were helped by Karen. She could not have been more helpful, respectful, and kind to us during this period of grief. Our cat passed away three years ago. We still cannot stop discussing how kind and compassionate the manager Magdelena was. We will forever be thinking of her and thanking her for her above and beyond kindness. The way she handled our cat was beyond caring.

PALS helped us in our biggest time of need. Knowing that our beloved dog Brodie's life here on earth was nearing the end, my husband called PALS in preparation. They stood by and awaited our arrival.
