While they may seem very professional, they did a poor job of our child's brace. The surgeon hated it and we had to start over with a new provider the next calendar year. They seem quite knowledgable but their customer service is lacking as well.

Brett and the entire staff are knowledgable, friendly professionals eager to provide their clients with the orthotics and services they need. It's truly a pleasure working with them :-)
