I have lived here since Sept. of 2010. I needed to change apts. here and they were so helpful, and made it easy for me. I have NEVER had a need/complaint? that has not been handled promptly and efficiently. I am a picky old lady so I am not easily pleased. ALL staff is polite, kind and efficient. I turn in a problem and it is usually solved that day or the next. If something needs to be ordered they do the best they can for me while the part is coming in. They are not magicians, but sometimes you would think they were. I guess pleasing people is like fooling them.....you can please all of them some of the time, some of them all of the time, BUT you can not please all of the people all of the time.

Lived there 2 years, all problems handled quickly. I have never seen a roach, or any pest.

DONT MOVE HERE THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES! AND THE AC GOES OUT TWICE A MONTH! IM WAITING FOR MY AC TO BE FIXED AFTER NO AC FOR 3 DAYS! THE HOT WATER DOES NOT WORK AND THE TOILET RUNS ALL THE TIME! EVERYONE COMPLAINS ABOUT THE ROACHES AND THE APARTMENTS DONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! ITS DISCUSTING! IM MOVING OUT WHEN MY LEASE IS UP! DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO LIVE LIKE A BUMM AND PAY HIGH RENT!

I have lived here 4 1/2 years - very clean, quiet complex and the staff is wonderful! They are very attentive to my needs.
