This is tweeker heaven! Normal, hard working or limited income people are moving out at record rates because the owner came in and raised the rent higher than any other complex (much nicer ones I might add); there’s dog feces all over, no one cleans it up, and everyone has dogs. They have no place to sit in the common area, because they took the benches out, there is only 1 maintenance man, no office manager (big mistake letting her leave, at least she was trying to make the place better). The owners live in Canada and all they want is more money and don’t want to fix anything. From what I saw, all they care about is the sprinklers…there’s a criminal element here, drugs and stolen property, but no one does anything about it. My car was broken into twice. They have "cameras" but apparently they are pointed at the dumpsters because they are more concerned about people throwing furniture out than they are about their tenants. No security. Tweekers walk around late at night taking things off people's patios. Also, lots of kids, some very destructive and disrespectful, parents let them run wild, and they've destroyed property too. Mgmt doesn't do anything when told. Seems they will take anyone in that can afford their ridiculously high rents - and those people usually bring in others (unknown to the office). I don't believe they do background checks because there are plenty of criminals here. It’ trashy looking; they went cheap fixing the parking lot and there are more potholes than ever before; the apartments are OLD and run down. The owners do nothing to make it better. I moved from here and got a 2 bed, 2 bath, walk in closets, washer/dryer in my unit, wood flooring, granite counter tops, patio, and clean…no cockroaches or bedbugs for 700/mo. It’s beautiful. They want over 787.00 a month for a 1 bedroom that’s not been updated from the 1970s. But if you move here, maybe the cockroaches and bedbugs will help pay the rent. There are plenty of those too. Take my advice, run from this place, it’s a slum.

I advise all to stay away from this place. When we lived there it was infested with bed bugs and roaches. I now have a very large bad report on my fica score and cannot get a call back from anybody from this establishment. I have called several times and have left several messages. When disputed with my credit they disputed back and this is not money that I owe. I will also be submitting pictures of open electrical junction boxes in the attic with leaky water pipes next to them and also pictures of mold in our attic as well. This place does the bare minimum and is not suitable living conditions for anybody who values their heath.
